“Always stayed in San Juan. The West is the Best. Stu was super easy to work with and had great restaurant suggestions. Highly recommend 413 Scuba/Snorkeling. Kohl was knowledgeable and safety first. Saw so many fish! The beach by the house has much better sand and surf compared to Dome, Steps, Lighthouse. Very enjoyable and beautiful sunsets. No more big hotels in San Juan. A plus stay. ”

“The property was very accommodating. They provided everything you need for a day at the beach. The were a few little issues like the shower in the hallway, water wasn’t going down and it had a little smell.we had trouble trying to figure out witch lock had the keys to the apartment. They should label all the locks with the apartment numbers to get the keys to get in. Only rooms had ac but besides that it’s a beautiful property and we were there just to sleep because we were out exploring Cabo……

“Great place, great location, right on the water as advertised. No beach, there is a rock wall, but there’s a very quiet beach a 3 minute drive south. The place was very clean and the air conditioner cooled the whole place quickly. Great sunset views!”

“The place was super clean and in a safe neighborhood. Rincon is a great place for surfers with lots of shops and there's an art walk on Thursday nights which is very fun. would recommend Rincon to anyone looking for a chill time.”
