“We loved it at the cottage in mandurah and communication with the property manager was awesome. We will definitely stay again. The aircons in two rooms were not working but we compromised with the property manager as it was hard to get aircon maintenance in at such a busy time in christmas. They dropped off 3 bottles of wine and that was so cool. I do recommend that they up grade the driveway but honestly it was the best stay ever with such great communication with the property manager. ……

“訂咗海景兩房apartment，景觀開揚、房間簡約、寬敞及整潔！敗筆之處，過咗下午四點已經沒有真人交鎖匙！前一日下午或之前幾日send 來嘅類似網上express check in, 入完所需資料，去到入信用卡資料，就話沒有資料。最令人失望及阻礙check in, 必須打電話問對方取大門密碼；再進入住客lift lobby, 要在大廳廣眾在電話透露個人資料/及信用卡敏感資料，打告之開啟小夾萬密碼取房匙！問題是我一早已經告知我會late chevk in 及在那所謂rxpress check in e-mail已經填入個人資料！幸好，我比預期半夜前到達，否則，半夜check in 真係唔知有冇人接電話！”
