“Friendly staff who go beyond the extra mile to make your stay comfortable. Good spread for breakfast. No major issues for the hotel for me apart from the slow lifts. Otherwise good value for money and I would definitely stay again if I return to Pekanbaru. Great job!”

“Non-smoking rooms reeked the smell of smoke when the AC is turned on. The cleanliness of bed and pillow sheets were also not up to standards. Good variety for breakfast. The WiFi was good.”
