“Beautiful townhouse, it was spacious, bright and clean; it’s a bit off the beaten path but easy to get to and from via grab, and that meant it was in a quiet and serene spot. The staff were very friendly, super responsive and helpful, we only wish we could have stayed longer!”

喧騒を逃れ、緑の田んぼを眺めながらテラスで過ごす時間は極上…。
散歩したあとで、田んぼを見ながら入るプライベートプールも、これまた心地の良いものでした。
スタッフの皆さんも笑顔で、ホスピタリティにあふれていて、とても気持ちが温まりました。またウブドに来る時には必ずこのホテルを予約します。

“房間乾淨度：房間很髒，有很多小動物：老鼠，青蛙，壁虎。要求換了兩次房才勉強住下。綿被有黃漬，血漬。住四晚都沒有換。飯店距離離市區實在太遠（1小時距離），附近很偏僻。根本不可能靠走的出去。後來老闆覺得不好意思才免費提供飯店車帶我們去Kuta市區。”

“I had a disappointing experience with Expedia and the villa listed on their platform. This villa was advertised as being near downtown Ubud, but in reality, it was located far out in the countryside, nowhere close to the city. This false advertisement caused a lot of inconvenience, especially since there was no taxi service available for pickup or transportation. The location was misleading and not what I expected based on what was promised. I would not recommend this villa or booking through……

“Mr. & Mrs. Ketut were amazing hosts, anything we needed was immediately provided. The offered room service from 730am-2130 pm, which was a huge benefit especially since we were up very early for a few tours and not interested in going to a restaurant. The Villa was beautiful and private and located in a quiet neighborhood. I hour from the airport and 20 minutes to downtown center. Our hosts make our trip to Bali very special and if the opportunity arrives, we will stay there again.”

“Stay was during May-25 at the Akohara retreat in Ubud. On arrival greeted by staff with flower garland, drinks and local traditional dance. This is definitely a couples retreat. Our room was six levels down a mountain, some 405 steps down. We used the inclinator elevator to travel between our room and main pool and restaurant. There’s wifi, proper air conditioning, working kitchen, and I do wake up with that beautiful sceneries.

"IG loop到依間酒店，所以試試。酒店非常舒適，有一些活動免費提供，早餐好食，服務好好，有免費接駁巴士去ubud市中心.
離機場車程比較遠超過兩小時，可要求酒店安排付費接送，除此之外，整體感覺非常好，值得入住。"

"The staff is the highlight. Very friendly and helpful, so the stars are mostly for them. The facilities could definitely use a revamp. The hot water from the shower was inconsistent, it would sometimes become piping hot for a few seconds. We also had the problem of not having hot water after a while on the first night, which was fixed but still was a hassle because it went cold when our kid was showering. Also, the towels and bed sheets could be cleaner. The breakfast was pretty good though the nasi mie could be less salty.
員工非常優，友善又很有熱忱，有一位還曾經在台中實習過。設施有點年紀，雖然大致上維護的還不錯，遇到最大的問題是熱水會忽冷忽熱，毛巾也不是說非常乾淨，算是小缺點。早餐都可以吃飽，但炒麵略鹹，可能需要備註調味下手輕一點。整體算是表現中規中舉的小型飯店。"

飯店服務人員非常熱心親切
在飯店用晚餐時，跟飯店人員聊天，提及隔天一大早4:30 tour ，好貼心幫我們準備隔天的麵包、水果和飲料～好感謝
