“We stopped in Madison on our way home from a Texas road trip and this rental was just what we needed. We had ample space and the host was very easy to communicate with! I recommend this cozy lake house any time you have a similar need. ”

“The property was nice. The only things I hope they improve over time are the bathrooms and the gate to the property. The bathrooms have concrete on the floor and in the walls. The gate a process to keep up with and not very friendly with late night returns and if someone visits and leaves late. Overall the stay was nice. niceand leaves late. ”

I was a little worried because this place allows pets and I'm very allergic to pet dander, but I didnt see a single pet hair anywhere and had no issues my allergies never flared up (And I looked hard for any evidence of pet hair)The kitchen was well-stocked & had everything we needed. “This was a good stopping point for us on a long drive and needed to split the driving days up. We were traveling with our dog and he doesn’t do well in hotels because of all the noises and this was great. Very clean and cute. Only AC is a window unit in the living room, so bedroom was warm, but we did find a fan in the bedroom closet and that helped. Personally I wasn’t a fan of the pillows on the bed, but I should have brought my own (I normally do, but had forgot). Overall was a great little……

“Having a kitchen & not having to worry too much about our kids making noise made the cottage a much better option over a hotel. We could hear noise/music coming from the Shuckers restaurant next door, but it wasn’t too bad. Our family had a great time!”

“This was my second stay at one of the cottages. The location is perfect for a weekend up at the Rez! All questions have been answered quickly in great detail. Hooty’s Place was impeccably clean, the air conditioner got very cold :), and the spacious porch was a great place to still hear the band from Shucker’s. I will most certainly will be back! ”
