“I give this place 3 stars, its a nice place with a good amount of room but there are a few issues. Our stay was Monday - Friday, just 2 adults. Pros - lots of room. Cons - no ac. There is a portable ac unit on wheels in the bedroom however, the exhaust vent goes behind a curtain to the window but not outside. There is no way to open the window for the exhaust vent to take the hot air outside so it just pumps all the hot air back into the room. Be prepared to wake up at 7:30am every morning……

“The apartment is nicely renovated, inviting, and well laid out for living and working while you stay. I had to do some remote work during my visit and the home office space was a nice spot for it. The house is in a pleasant residential area that's a short drive to downtown Haverhill and the commuter train to Boston. Everything was clearly explained and communicated - check in, check out, navigating the space, etc. Local pastries waiting for us upon our arrival were a lovely touch!”

“My daughter had convention in Lowell so we stayed in Nashua the drive convenient not too bad. Better than Singing in the big city. The one bedroom studio was perfect for my daughter and I. Listings say sleeps 4. I would say a family of 4, a couple and two young children. Two adults and two teens would definitely be a challenge.
