NO PETS/ NO ANIMALS ALLOWED.
No smoking or vaping allowed.
No trailered boats are allowed on property.
The lake home sits on a flat 2.73 acre waterfront property. This listing offers (2) two bedrooms with 1-1/2 baths. Guests have the entire house during their stay. A spacious open floor plan Great Room area overlooks the yard and lake. The property is on a large quiet slew making the water calm and peaceful. The property boasts quiet surroundings and privacy. The pier accommodates lounging, sunbathing, fishing, , swimming, and relaxation. The back porch is a restful peaceful haven for dining and socializing or just reading a good book and relaxing on the cozy porch swing. The lake home is centrally located to Publix Grocery, The Pell City Civic Center, Public Boat Launch, Splash Pad (water park), Tennis Courts, and nature walking trails. Pell City's new Movie Theater with reclining seats, state-of-the-art Bowling and Gaming Arcade is the rave!! Honda Manufacturing Plant is 10 minutes away. Just 25 minutes away is Talladega Motor Speedway. Barber's Motorsports Museum, Bass Pro Shop, and Outlet stores are all just 20- 25 minutes away.
If you are needing time away, quiet time for a romantic getaway, or here on business or an event... Waterfront Resort is your home away from home.

The Guests do not share the home with the Owner. The Owner stays on the property in a separate dwelling. The owner has access to the attached garage even during the guests stay. Owner can enter the attached garage if needed via the garage door. Guests do not have access to the attached garage. Owner has a 14 yr old lab on the property. His name is Buddie. He is very sociable. Buddie stays on a long soft bungee leash with a full body harness in the back yard during the day. Buddie is with the Owner in separate dwelling at night.
This listing is for short term rentals only.
Guests agree and accept the house rules including regular yard maintenance if needed which may be performed during the Guest's stay.
NOTE:
After two people, there is an additional $30.00 fee for each additional person /per night.
Please do not ask to check-in early (non-negotiable). Cleaning crew is on a very tight schedule.

Great place to stay on Logan Martin Lake

We enjoyed our stay at this lovely lake home. It was very peaceful, with beautiful sunsets. Buddy the chocolate Lab was an added bonus! Highly recommend!

Awesome!

The home was exactly as it looked on VRBO. Brian was so nice. Buddy was a nice addition to our visit. Somehow Brian arranged for our 6 year old grandson to catch 16 fish. We can't wait to go back. We really needed a getaway and Brian did not dissapoint.

awesome place for fishermen

Brian is an amazing host. We stayed in Pell for a National fishing tournament. Brian helped us access his boat ramp and dock and parking of the trailer. He also helped with referrals when we had problems with the trailer. He was very prompt to fix anything in the house or outside, including going to Publix to replace the empty propane tank on the grill. He will interact with you as much or as little as you require. The home and the property are gorgeous and well maintained. Fisherman this is located in Dye creek which is mid lake and an awesome fishing spot on Logan Martin Lake. A good variety of docks, humps, wild shore line and quick access to the main lake. Thank you Brian and Buddy. Mozingo loved it.

Perfect Peace

Everything was Perfect. Buddie became our buddy and Brian was the Perfect Host. Was a long weekend of Peace and De-stressing. House was Exactly like the VRBO said. Thank You Again Brian for Sharing you Lovely Home with us.

Beautiful Property but Lots of Rules

This is a beautiful property with an amazing porch. No cleanup expectations when leaving the property. The downside to the rental says it sleeps 6 but it does not it sleeps 4, the other 2 beds are air mattresses, also there are A LOT of rules that are not shown upfront, the owner is on the property at all times, and his sweet dog is chained up on the property during the day kinda awkward but manageable.

Rented this house for my daughters bachelorette party. We weren't at the house much so we didn't get to enjoy most of beautiful amenities. The back porch is heaven on earth! Enjoyed my morning cup of coffee there. Brian was easy to work with. If in the area again, I would definitely stay here!

Great Trip

Great home not just a house. Everything was clean, kitchen had everything we needed, the screened porch was huge and very comfortable, and a great location on the lake with a huge dock. Brian was a great host and was very helpful with any questions we had. We've already decided to try and go back again this spring.

Serene and clean

This lakehouse is very peaceful. Home is clean and spacious. The large screened in porch with the view of the water is a lovely spot. The swing on the screened porch is super comfy. Down by the dock is great for relaxing by the water and to swim, float or boat.
