“The apartment was exactly as described. Everything was clean and the unit is well equipped. Christa was really responsive. The coffee machine broke down the first morning and someone came to pick it up within 15 minutes, and a brand new machine was purchased and installed 30 minutes later. Great customer service!”

“House was basically as described. Definite musty smell as you enter. Property manager showed up unannounced to "just say hi" while we were out in front of the house so didn't hear the doorbell.
