“We stayed for 5 days at this beautiful lodge, and it had everything you could hope for. The lodge itself is stunning, well maintained and gave a truly luxurious base for exploring the area. The hot tub was a huge hit, and was a god send during the February cold winds and rain. Location wise, it is a short 3 minute walk to the closest pub and bakery (I highly recommend the curry night on a Thursday). “This property is just perfect. Everything is as it is shown on the pictures. A proper home from home with everything you need for a perfect, relaxing holiday. It is immaculately clean. In a quieter part of kiln park which is ideal for relaxing on the decking with a book and a glass of wine. Will hopefully visit again later in the year”

“The chalet has everything you need. And is comfortable too. I admire the way everything fits in this small house with the feeling you have room for everything. You notice this especially when it is raining for most of the days during our stay. The owners give you a welcoming feeling, already before arriving and that is also nice. Within half an hour you can be in lots of interesting, impressive places. The chalet is very central in a quiet place. We simply enjoyed it!”

“Die gesamte Unterkunft ist in die Jahre gekommen und in schlechtem Zustand. Die Dusche funktionierte nicht, so dass wir nur die Badewanne nutzen konnten. Die Böden waren schmutzig, in der Küche klebt alles, Fenster und Außenbereich ungepflegt und schmutzig. Alles wirkte klamm. Wir haben uns nicht sehr wohl gefühlt.”

“The lodge looks exactly as listed. The beds were very comfortable & I slept so well which is rare. It's private & although 2 other lodges are near you feel enclosed in your own little part. Lots of shrubs & trees to make it feel very private. The seating outside was lovely even in December. I enjoyed sitting out enjoying a warm drink. We found we needed a torch from the carpark as it can be quite dark getting down to the Lodge. We navigated the locked gate at the entrance to the garden centre &……
