"Actually a lovely hotel. Far nicer inside than the view you see from the M4 - which is more Colditz-esque! All staff were great - shout out to Nikki and Davina on check-in. The one issue was that my aircon didn't work so ended up moving rooms just before midnight. Apparently it was a known issue ..."
