We loved the views, the solitude and the closeness to a walking trail for our pup. Just what we were looking for (along with the cuisine, which did not disappoint). “While traveling cross country from the east coast, staying at Red Cat House in Taos, NM was absolutely the best stay ever. When first entering the apartment, one finds it clean, beautifully decorated with well thought out with useful and quality provisions. Melissa has gone a step above to make the apartment comfortable and inviting. Great location for leisurely walking, restaurants, dog park, shopping and hiking. Directions are clear and Melissa is easy to communicate with and always responds……

“Charming accommodation in the the heart of Taos. One block off the Plaza, in a generally commercial area, this small street-level apartment is in an old adobe structure with original features (vigas, kiva fireplace, etc.). The space is long and narrow, but very well appointed. Comfortable bed, wonderful shower, table for meals. It is a bit dark because shades are not permitted to be drawn. Parking is available and convenient. Some noise at night from vehicles cruising and street racing. ……
