“When I got to the property, they deducted $50.00 from me accounted then asked for a $500.00 deposit. “I booked this place in JANUARY, I get to the hotel Friday and they can’t find me in their system, tell me they don’t use hotels.com. Haven’t used hotels.com for a while.
