Although very modest from the exterior, the rooms are clean, relatively spacious, and the beds are comfortable.

The property was very clean and comfortable. There weren’t any dining options around other than a Bar or Mexican food. Where the property was nice and well cared for the area isn’t. I had to drive 15 minutes to get to a Dennys to eat. Their coffee was okay.

The room was not cleaned properly before we entered, and there were dirty sanitary napkins in the wastebasket. I called the front desk to address the unacceptable condition of the room, and they informed me there was nothing they could do because we booked through Expedia. I made it clear that this is not an acceptable response; if we had booked directly, they would have moved us or credited our account. I expected better service, regardless of how the reservation was made.

When we checked in, the room was in disarray. The mini fridge was in the bathtub, and the beds and nightstands were moved. The floor was dirty where the beds were supposed to be, and the bathroom was filthy. I would never stay there again.

Nice clean room on ground floor. Easy access. On the road side so a little bit of truck noise and occasionally a fan ticking noise from the fridge. Slept well though, good bed.

Staff were fine and room was nice, but walls were thin and people in the room next to us were noisy. Garbage in common areas weren’t emptied regularly and there really was no breakfast service. Coffee cups, etc. also weren’t refilled.

It was exactly what I needed, nothing luxurious but it was clean and was a good stay for what I needed. Bed was comfortable, pillows could be bigger but they were comfortable also. Shower etc clean and had no problems.

Great room for overnight
Don't judge a book by its cover. It looked run down and small but the rooms were great! Very small breakfast, yogurt donuts coffee and juice is all but the rooms are as pictured and the bed was fabulous.

We got in early and tried to check In, but were told rooms were ready, but policy is you must wait til 3 pm. We had to wait 1.5 hours to finally check in. Complimentary Breakfast didn't exist and then we were locked out of our room for 1 hours due to electronic Key fob issue. The poor Night Gal tried to get us in, but got no assistance from management. Finally my wife asked if they can access through the adoining room. Fortunately the guest next store allowed the Night Gal to access our room. Very disappointed with establishment.

I booked a room from Fri-Mon, but I needed Thurs-Mon. So I kept the original booking and then made another booking for Thurs-Fri for the same size room as the original. I got there Thursday and explained the the situation to the lady working the front desk and she said that she could just extend the first booking from Thurs-Mon like I needed so I didn't have to go through the whole check out process just to check back in a couple hours later and she just cancelled my other booking. I was totally on board with that. The whole reason I was in town was for a music festival and I was working one of the food carts, so I didn't have any time to check out and then check back in. With that being said, Thursday night was just fine, Friday was the issue. I just got done working at 11:45pm and wanted to just get back and sleep. I got to my room and the key didn't work. I went to the front desk and talked to the gentleman at the front. After going back and forth and explaining what happened about my 2 reservations and showing him both my reservations in my email, he leaves to make a call and comes back and says they are now overbooked and this is my last night I can stay. That I have to check out in the morning and there was nothing he can do. Even though he just told me before he went to make a call that there was a room available and that he can make it work. So I got to the room and was lucky to find another hotel that could get me in for the rest of the time I was there.

Booked wrong night. Had to rebook and the support person could not get through on the phone. The message box was full. Still trying to get it correct so I don’t pay for the night I was not there. Hotel is losing money by not having phone service working. Nice room would stay again.
