“We were hit with a snowstorm the day we were to arrive. Our crew all lives within a few hours but roads got pretty bad pretty quickly and we all arrived much later than expected, and even with 4 wheel drive none of us were able to get our cars up the driveway. The owners were kind enough to shuttle us (all 13 of us!) and our belongings up to the house in their big beast of a truck as we all arrived throughout the evening. Very much appreciated! “We had a wonderful family Christmas in January with 8 adults and 3 little ones. Loved the open floor plan and all of the glass overlooking the waterfalls and woods. Electric fireplace is inviting and even puts out heat! Our hosts generously left the Christmas tree and decorations up for our family. Our crew loved the hot tub (quite large), the oven that goes to 550 (for pizza), the large bowls and utensils for cooking, and the beautiful scenery for walks, play, and photos. ”

“Everything you could need is here. Very clean. I would recommend if you are vertically challenged like myself you bring a step stool if you are planning to get in the master bed. I stayed here because it was pet friendly and I was being my dog to Louisville for a surgery. It was perfect for what we needed. ”
