“This was the most relaxing stay! We were deep in the countryside in our own stone village with great amenities and fresh bread, fruit, cheese, jam and honey for our kitchen every day. No restaurant on site or in walking distance but it was fun and challenging diving around exploring the region on back roads to get to the each town with its castle and church. ”

“Charming beautifully decorated cottages. We enjoyed fire place, deck, library, and pottery workshop. There is a delicious healthy breakfast served in the cafe every morning. Staff is incredibly nice and helpful. We hiked to a nearby village. We will definitely come back. ”

“Wir ,Horst und Katharina, waren von dem Aufenthalt hier sehr begeistert. Gerade die Ruhe abseits der Hektik der Städte hat uns sehr gut getan. Die Nähe zur Autobahn haben wir sehr geschätzt und so waren alle Ziele für uns schnell und gut zu erreichen. Natürlich geht in dieser Gegend ohne Auto nicht viel.Die Gastgeber waren auch unheimlich freundlich und sehr sehr hilfsbereit.Die Unterkunft war wie beschrieben und natürlich der schöne Pool ein toller Ort am Mittag.Gerne kommen wir wieder um die……

“Superbe maison . Idéale pour une famille avec des enfants et adolescents. La maison a de très nombreuses distractions, impossible de s'y ennuyer. Super piscine et un jardin magique avec des petits espaces super agréables et super bien aménagés. Tout était parfait. Et nos hôtes très agréables et gentils. Merci d'apporter un si grand soin à votre maison, c'est très appréciable. ”

“The property was excellent. Very light and roomy. A hidden gem in the centre of the village. The outside space was extensive, with sunshine for several hours a day, even in January. Access to the parking area is via a very narrow alleyway, but we soon got used to it, even with a Skoda Octavia. Would strongly recommend this property.”

“Staff were very nice. Rooms were simple but effective. Heating was working (some reviews dud not understand that there was a switch on the side as well as he temp control.) hot water also good. Fridge, basic cooking equipment plates etc. Bring a corkscrew and a small coffee percolator if you need them. Towels and bed sheets with a duvet all clean etc. ”

“Casa Lerryn is a true gem in central Portugal. Our family of four had an idyllic two-week stay and couldn’t have asked for more. The villa is cosy and full of traditional charm, with everything you need for cooking or BBQs.
