Lovely break

"Took my young nephews (3 and 1) for a 2 night break to ride the great orme tramway. Staff couldn’t have been more welcoming to them when the average age was collecting their pension. The room was big, clean and comfy. The hotel is in a great location with everything within walking distance."

"After booking the property, I received feedback from the host on the day we were scheduled to arrive, that the house was not actually available. I still have not received a refund and it is very difficult to get in touch with Expedia to rectify the situation."
