South Harbour 11 C is located in the heart of Pensacola Beach. Amazing views, walking distance to nearly everything Pensacola Beach has to offer. Park and play at its finest. Gated community with private pool and beach. Very large balcony with amazing views for morning coffee and evening sunsets.
Amazing 2 BR, 2 bath Gulf View Condo that sleeps 6. Condo is located on the 11th floor overlooking the Gulf of Mexcio, Villa Sabine Bay and the Pensacola Beach Boardwalk. Countlees restaurants and activities such as charter fishing, dolphin and sailing cruises as well as numerous activities for the kids all within walking distance. Located directly across the street from Casino Beach and the Pensacola Beach Pier. Free trolley is available May - September.

The condo was perfect! My husband, our three adult children, and I were in town for a family wedding. The condo was clean, spacious, had amazing views, and we were able to walk everywhere. Just what we were looking for! We were a little concerned about the sleeping situation because we needed to use the pull-out sleeper sofa, but it was plenty big and very comfortable. Incredible place to stay!

My sister and I would like to thank our hosts for an absolutely beautiful and relaxing place to call home for a week. From the property description, to the booking of said property, to the timely communications from the host upon our arrival and during our checkout, everything was seamless. The view is nothing shy of spectacular! The patio is so comfortably inviting that one starts and ends the day with a smile and a heart full of gratitude. Property was as advertised and the communication with Greg was exceptional. Awesome location close to the main restaurants and right across from the public beach so you can walk if you want. View off the balcony was top notch and our kids enjoyed watching the boat traffic move in and out of the bay. Would recommend.

This condo offers more than just a prime location for enjoying the Blue Angels; it is fully equipped with everything you could possibly need. The space is not only beautiful and impeccably clean but also boasts breathtaking views of the Gulf from the front balcony and stunning relaxing sunsets over Sabine Bay. The hosts were truly outstanding - attentive, communicative, and quick to respond. They exceeded our expectations by ensuring we had everything necessary for a fantastic vacation. The condo was very nice, and felt very homey. Everything was immaculate, Furniture and beds were comfortable. Communication with the owner was great, he even checked in with us during our stay to make sure everything was going well. Favorite place in the condo was the balcony which had absolutely AMAZING view!! Can’t wait to go back!

The condo is well stocked and the layout is superb. The location is in the center of the action but minutes away from remote beaches. Highly recommend the beaches at the nearby national seashore. Greg is an excellent host and we will be back.

South Harbour is a great location. You can walk to everything. You can get to the Gulf or the Bay very easily or you can just hang out at the Little Sabine beach area near the pool. This property was amazing. It was clean and had everything we needed. I recommend to all. :)

Views of the bay and beach from balcony. Perfect location to watch sunset. Can pretty much walk to whatever you want to do. Greg was the perfect host with a comfortable, clean space to enjoy. I highly recommend for a beach vacation!

We had a great time staying at South Harbour 11C. Condo was very clean and nicely decorated. Gregory was a terrific host and answered any questions we had quickly. My fiancé and I got married during our stay so our week was chaotic to say the least. Two things kept us going through the insanity, Banana Banshees at Flounders and our personal paradise at South Harbor. The condo was clean, spacious, had every amenity we could have even thought to ask for (the restaurant book was an absolute God send), and the most beautiful view in town. We watched a school of bull reds every morning at sunrise, and enjoyed the night air and sounds of waves crashing at sunset. Every time we go to Pensacola Beach we find something else that makes it that much more special to us, this time it was the condo. As far as I’m concerned Greg was one of my wedding MVPs, the stresses of the day melted away the second we turned the door knob and I can’t thank him enough for that. Some things you may want to know as a potential guest: 1. This condo COULD NOT be in a better location, it’s smack dab in the middle of the hub and everything is easily accessible by walking, in fact, we found waking everywhere easier than driving. 2. The water pressure is absolutely outstanding, you will come out of a shower feeling like a new person. 3. The view! You can see from the beach bridge to the pier from the back balcony, on clear days like we had Fort Pickens sits almost dead center off the balcony and is clearly visible, the sunset is centered on the balcony as well and is breathtaking. 4. Greg is a stellar host, quick to respond and a pleasure to work with. We will be back!

We checked in on Friday. I am up at 5:30 am on Saturday with no elevators working. The condominium was clean with a great location and well furnished. However, when you have to walk up 11 floors, none of these positives count. During the day on Saturday, I was told by 3 separate owners the elevators have been an ongoing problem for over a year. When I asked my VRBO agent why he would rent a condominium on the 11th floor with known elevator problems, he stated that information was not correct and that the owners did not know what they were talking about.
