Vacasa proudly represents unit 228 in the beautiful Palm Beach Club on Pensacola Beach. You'll fall in love with this vacation rental. All the furniture/decor is new - the owner has left nothing out as the unit is stunning! A tropical chic decor adorns this condo, along with awesome views of both the Gulf of Mexico and the Santa Rosa Sound. The kitchen, dining, and main living area are steps above as you walk in the door and steps below are the two bedrooms with their own bath. There is a balcony off the primary bedroom and also from the den upstairs. Palm Beach Club is perfectly located at the end of Fort Pickens Road before the National Seashore. Tucked away from the crowd you can truly be on vacation. The property is gated lending more privacy. Unit 228 will be one you will want to return to again and again to make more vacation memories.

THINGS TO KNOW
Complex renovations will begin in November 2023 and will last roughly one year. During this time, there will be periods when guests may not have access to their balconies and/or vacation rentals. There will also be loud noise, vibrations, and dust generated. There may be times the interior is exposed to outdoor elements as well.

Parking notes: There is free parking available for 2 vehicles.



Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Great location

This condo is so well located. We loved that you could get to both the bay and the ocean so easily for walking. Just beyond the complex is the beginning of the National Seashore - accessible with a National Parks Pass. This is a great place to see the Blue Angels practice! And a great place to walk, see birds, and enjoy the natural beauty.At night, we were able to turn off the AC and open the window - wonderful cool breeze and water sound!

We loved the location and the lay out of this property. The only complaints are that the primary bathroomwas freezing cold as the air vents didn’t push enough heat and the heater in it wasn’t working. Aside from the that renters should be aware that the WiFi was not very good

Beautiful View

This place is so pretty both inside and out. It was the perfect vacation place for my friend and I. The balconies were just recently redone, I was worried they were still in construction but they weren't. Love that the jacuzzi tub is surrounded by windows and you can see the outside beach. Did have a little issue with the A/C but they fixed ut the next morning. Will dtay again for sure.

Apartment is situated in a beautiful building right along the Bay, with across the street access to the Gulf beaches. Quiet, beautifully furnished, and very comfortable bed. A great stay.

Great location across from beach. Nice decorating.

The property is in a great location close to the beach and nicely decorated. Adequate dishes to make your own meals are available. We would have preferred entry information within 3 days of our stay as we were travelling and internet service wasn't always available to us. The internet in the unit itself was inconsistent and by the end of the 3 day stay none of the 4 of us were able to maintain a connection. The owners were good at answering emails. The place is lovely. The only inconvenience was that both bathrooms are downstairs within someone's bedroom so you had to go into a bedroom to access the washroom. We would go back.

Beautiful location!

We absolutely loved our stay and will be back. The reviews that mentioned the stairs being a potential issue I had already prepared for. We loved the beach views and the solitude of where we were located. We would really have loved to see a few more staples provided. In the past, staple kitchen items such as salt, pepper, olive oil, coffee and filters were always welcomed. We made a few more grocery runs than we would have liked because how limited the supplies were for kitchen use. The smart tv does play Netflix, but is a little more outdated than we expected. Location and the property was beautiful overall. We will be back.

Very nice apartment, extremely spacious and comfortable which contained everything we needed. Everything which was advertised was present and with the exception of a few blinds fully functioning, great location with nice restaurants close by. Just be aware that the complex is undergoing renovation during the winter so even though this apartments building has been completed (as mentioned in the listing) others in the complex are still having work carried out which means it can be quite noisy during the day.

Wonderful place to stay on the bay!

We got an early check in which was great, and the place was beautiful. Right on the bay and awesome views of the sunset and sunrise. Bring some trash bags, dish soap, and dishwashing detergent, there was only 2 of each. Would have been nice to have more, but not a big deal. Overall a wonderful place to stay for a family. Loved our week spent here

We had a wonderful time at the condo. Loved the two balconies looking out over the bay, perfect spot to watch the sunrise and sunset. Easy access to both the Gulf and bay. The condo was clean and management called to welcome us and responded to our needs quickly. We would stay here again.

Good location!

Property was as described. Easy beach access. My family and I enjoyed the stay. Would definitely stay here again! Only inconvenience was having to go down the stairs for bathroom use.

very clean updated condo with what we expected to be in it.

We enjoyed our stay and the location was perfect. We kayaked almost every day, and friends pick us up on their boat one day. The stairs are a pain sometimes when you need to use the bathroom and you are upstairs or need a water and your down stairs, but we played that up to we were working off all the junk food we consumed while there. I would not advise the unit for an elderly person, people that don't like to move a lot/exercise, or for people with very small children. For us it was nice and a plus to have those extra side windows on the balconies with 100+ degrees out side. I love the view of the bay you can defiantly hear the waves very well, and you can see the gulf from the kitchen windows so for the ones who complained about not seeing the gulf and missing the sounds of the waves I really don't get it??? Everything worked well and the A/C was cool both upstairs and down. I would advised bringing a beach cart to go to the gulf only to help get everything out there but the walk is very short and nice. Vacasa kept us informed on things going on while were there and made sure everything was as expected.
