I believe they have “ hourly rentals “ Needles and lots of dog droppings in parking lot. Police there at least 6 times in one week Filthy rooms. Stains on bedding and roaches everywhere.

It is not a hotel it is a crack house. Bedbugs,roaches,all doors broken, all smoke detectors disabled. Filthy walls, filthy sheets, and blankets, the drapes had someones blood all over them. cabinets broken, shelves broken, moldy leaking water pipe under sink. I never received a key manager stated they did not have any,she opened the door for me and then went home for the night. I stayed awake all night in a wooden chair with a loaded gun because I didn't want to touch anything.No refund from Expedia they should be ashamed.

Absolutely the worst place you can stay in all of Florida. It was so bad, the young girl that had nowhere to stay that I booked it for, left after 3 days. The door doesn't lock properly, there were some sort of pills left in the tissue dispenser that wasn't removed, the kitchen area was caked in grease, the bathroom had mold growing all over it. She sent me pictures of it all and explained why she was leaving, she didn't feel safe or in a clean environment. I reached out to the property to try to get a refund on the rest of the booked stay for these reasons and they will not respond. Stay FAR away. Their "good" reviews must be from the management and fake, there's no way they would receive a good review from an actual traveller. They should be investigated by the health department for not properly cleaning the rooms in between guests - maybe they need a phone call so it is brought to their attention.

Management lied to us the day we tried to stay there said to get us a remote for the TV and never did they were dogs and little kids running all up and down the Halls they were gangs of people standing outside smoking dope it just did not feel safe and it was dirty

This has been the worst and insecure place that I have been in my life. Police constantly harassing in the parking lot, asking everyone there for your reason for been there and if I was safe. Super dirty, super destroyed. I checked in and as soon as I got to my room through the stairs (bc there is not elevator neither) I went down and I did my check out. At least the lady in the "reception" was nice and dressed very unprofessional. The worst place 😪

Service was a little slow but eventually they got around to thanks. The staff as a whole is very nice and very cooperative. There were issues however, with the fact that the other guests were loud and noisy and awfully haven't arguments and fights and hallways. Unruly kids and adults on hallways and stairwells People allow their pets to defecate on hallway Rules of hotel (of there are any) are not enforced Wish they would repair the pool and have it ready by summer Any one that is long-term should be on the first floor.as older adults tend to have health issues

Paid and wasn’t allowed to check in. RIPPED OFF!!

I arrived to the office for check in and the door was locked. There was a note with a number on it saying to contact for service. I called the number and a woman answered. I told her I was there to check in and she said she would be down in a few minutes. 20 minutes later she still hadn’t came. Saw a guy with a cigarette banging out of his mouth walk around in the lobby then went to a door in the back. Called MULTIPLE times after this occurred and got no answer. Also texted the number with no response. I had already paid for my room online and had to go pay for ANOTHER room somewhere else or else I would have had to sleep in my car. Still haven’t gotten a response to my complaint. Will NEVER book here again and will not recommend you do unless you want to be ripped off!

We walked into the room and roaches scattered. The Latch for the door was broken. The room also had a bad odor and the burn holes in the sheets and blankets. That is all.
