Forget all the busy streets and noises of the crowded beach front life, we have the best country style living in the city. Tons of great places to eat and visit. Grocery store within walking distance. Bring your family and enjoy the Park just a few blocks away, or relax in your private backyard with large Grill and deck with table and chairs . Great clean and quite neighborhood. Close to Downtown, Restaurants, Shopping and a Short Drive to The Beach. Enjoy the unique entertainment/events that Beautiful Historic East Hills has to offer. Charming Cottage style home, with original hardwood floors throughout. Bathrooms have all been updated, large bedrooms and closets, with extra storage in the Laundry Room. This cozy home has all new appliances and amenities. New remote controlled lights. Antique and art style decor throughout the home complete 2 master bedrooms one with a king Size bed and the other with a queen bed. The third bedroom features a full and a twin bed. Enjoy an entire home to yourself costing way less than a one bedroom hotel room.

Any items left behind will be placed in the lost and found and held for a max of 30 days. It is the customers responsibility to make arrangements to recover any items left behind if they are found. Good for family and pets

I would have hoped for a grab bar in the master bathroom shower. The floor was very slippery and I fell the last night there. The main living area of the house is very spacious and the bedrooms are a little small but comfortable. The yard was nice and the area was very safe for my wife to walk the dog. Lots of places close by to shop and eat. The only recommendation I would have is to put a grab bar in the master shower. Al in all a good place to stay!

Pensacola Regatta

We came for a regatta at PYC. The drive was around 10 mins. We also went for a bridge walk nearby. House was on a quiet street and close to Publix and several restaurants. Very convenient and comfortable at a reasonable price. We were 6 ppl and a dog near spring break. Very nice.

Quaint Quiet Neighborhood

Great house with plenty of room for your family. Quiet neighborhood, close to the airport and the water. Right next to the bridge to go to Gulf Breeze and Pensacola Beach. Great restaurants close by. Property manager very friendly and easy to get a hold of! I would definitely recommend this house to rent and I will stay here again the next time I am in town

Nice neighbor but older home

House looks exactly like the pictures & it was clean but it is an older home. We enjoyed the patio with a charcoal grill. Also, it’s very convenient to the beach & shopping. My family & I enjoyed our stay.

Needs a thorough cleaning…

This place is ok if you plan to eat out your whole trip. All of the pots and pans were filthy. They all looked like they had been cooked in and put back in the cabinets. Dust and cobwebs were all over the place. Each room had a fan that you need to control with a remote but only one remote/fan combo actually worked. Decent price, but don’t expect much. Would not book again.

Not what I expected

Check in was easy. When we got to the property it was very dirty and couldn't get sound on the TV. e-mailed manager and she came over first thing the next morning and cleaned for us and got the TV working. She explained there had been an issue with the cleaning person and she had taken care of it. House was in a quiet neighborhood. The only comfortable mattress was in the master bedroom. The other rooms were very soft and uncomfortable. The house needs a lot of TLC! Doors stick, threadbare towels, no regular wash cloths, no hand towels in the bathrooms. On the outside, back and side yard, needed a lot of lawnwork/landscaping touched up. At one time it was tidy but over grown now. I was shocked at all the reviews I read that gave this place a 10/10. I was very disappointed.

Don't miss the Moreno house!

I loved the quaintness of the home, and beautiful yard.... and the location was perfectly nestled in the best part of East Hill. I would recommened this home to anyone that is traveling trhough the area as it was just perfect for our family of 3 young kids and our husky. The open floor plan is wonderfully inviting, the beds and linnens were so very comfortable and having two clean big bathrooms was a bonus. Our host was incredible through the whole process of our 6 weeks+ stay. Penny was checking in with us consistenly and making sure everything with the house was in order, which is always was. At one point the garbage can went missing and the problem was addressed and managed immediatedly by Penny. I hope when my family comes to visit the home is available because it is perfect in every way. The neighbors were helpful, kind, and welcoming. This is by far the perfect location if you want to feel the love in East Hill. Thank you for your increible hospitality. Katie and Family

Reasonable price in a quiet neighborhood.

I wish I could stay all was perfect, but not exactly. Super easy to get to and a quiet neighborhood. The house is in need of some TLC. Arrived and the yard needs some serious love. When walking around the house initially, I had water drip on my head out of the light in the hallway. Found a paper towel stuffed in the bottom of the fixture, so well aware there is a leak. Then had a wet cushion on the sofa, water dripping out of that vent too. When I contacted about the issue, she basically said yep, it's humid and condensation drips. I get that, but a little heads up would be great. Found old, expired food in the refrigerator. Went to throw it in the trash can outside and the can was completely full and covered in maggots. First night taking a shower, the drain was so slow in the main bathroom that you are standing in ankle deep water after a very short shower. My son pulled a nasty hair ball out of it on our second day, drain fixed... Just several frustrating things, nothing terrible. I didn't care for her sitting at the end of the driveway waiting for us to leave on the day of check out. We did check out on time. I probably wouldn't stay here again. Sorry.

My honest opinion & review

We travel ALOT, stay in hotels/condos/houses all over the US. This was a great location in an absolutely beautiful neighborhood! The house as well as the houses to the left and right aren’t much to look at from the outside, but other houses on the street are new or renovated. A few things I would want to know as a mom/female. 1. There are 2 rooms with TV’s the living space and master bedroom. 2. This is an old house with very sparse electrical outlets. To some this won’t matter, but my husband uses a c-pap machine so needs a dedicated plug for that(which was beside the bed). However we still needed plugs for 2 phone chargers, 2 watch chargers…luckily I travel with a surge protector so I was covered. There is only (1) 2 prong outlet in the whole bathroom (like you would plug an electric razor into) and it’s in the light itself. 3. Bedroom doors definitely stick and are not quite trying to shut/open. The master bathroom door is installed inside down so it doesn’t really close at all. The hallway bathroom door handle is weird to try to open. 4. It’s hot in Florida… lots of condensation from vents so be aware of random drips in the living room and hallway areas. 5. The house definitely needs some TLC inside and out, I do understand this Is hard to do in such short turnaround times between check in’s… There is good things about this property though! are sooooooo good! Great washer/dryer. Quite neighborhood, I walked every morning and felt very safe.

More than meets the eye

My family of 5 and our dog stayed here for just 2 nights and while it may not be much to look at it from the outside, the inside was rather cozy. The home is older and in need of a little more updating (ex: the bathroom and bedroom doors stick/dont close properly) but aside from a couple of dirty dishes and a yard that could use some landscaping care, the house was clean. The smoke alarm was broken and a light bulb was out and I emailed the hosts to let them know and Andy was willing to come fix the issue the next day but I told him he could wait until we had checked out. He seemed quite friendly. The home was stocked with essential items and they had even left a little care package of snacks. House is within 20 minutes of many different stores and restaurants and Pensacola Beach. Which was nice! The neighborhood was quiet. Also, East Hill Pizza was amazing (the pizzas are huge). All in all it was a nice stay and we enjoyed ourselves!

Graduation

This is the best property we have stayed at, so far. As with most VRBO we’ve stayed at, do not take the outside of the property as an indication of the inside. All seem to work harder on the inside than the outside. We love the East Hill area. There are several parks within a half mile with open spaces and playgrounds for families. I love to walk in the mornings. The traffic is light and the areas are peaceful and safe. Publix is around the corner. The ocean and highway is quick to get to and easily accessible. We love this area!! The beds in this VRBO are the very best. We are looking for comparable for our home!! We all slept great! I cannot give any negatives about the property. The outside is a bit overgrown and I would like to have a better grass cover but this property is comparable to all we have stayed and was not a detriment to our stay. We sat outside individually and as a group and loved the peaceful times. We ate out a good bit but there was plenty of cooking supplies for what we did cook and if we would have wanted to cook more. Dish washer and washer/dryer worked great! We loved having this option. It allowed us to pack lighter. Love the freedom of not having a key for the entrance. Keyless entry is a great perk. All of us could enter and return without sharing a key and we were able to leave and return while leaving others secure. Pizza on 12th! O My!! They have great wings, too. We will look here first for every trip.
