The photos are very misleading. The room is not cozy and though tidy feels dusty. The bath tub didn’t seem clean, having a faint ring and situated right next to the toilet. The experience is more like a motel. Although the property is non-smoking, guest were smoking outside of their doors which wafted right into the room along with all the outside noise. The rooms opened to a very unsightly parking area. I had to end my stay early.

1. Property is very bad 2. They collecting the deposit without giving prior notice. It is not holding the deposit. They are charging the money and telling refund will be after 3-4 days. 3. No soap, shampoo and conditioner. Even front desk also doesn’t have. 4. This is the worst hotel I had in my life. 5. Giving one star also too much. 6 . Room should be queen size beds but not, those are twin size beds.

My room was clean and secure. The air worked well as did the wifi. My room lacked soap. The pool bathrooms lacked toilet paper and they were filthy. The outdoor elevator was dirty as well.

Room was dirty stains everywhere it smelled really bad , mold in the ceiling, room was very moist even the bed felt moist. Room reeked of mildew and cat piss. The AC didnt get cold at all. We didn’t even stay 10 minutes and went to another hotel.

Requested non smoking room. That was not the case. I had to go out and purchase cleaning supplies. The carpet was full of stains and the Ac made noises all night.I had to go to the reception to even get wash cloth. While I was there other guests were complaining also about the smell of the room. Was not a good stay! We had 2 rooms 231 and 233. The AC in 233 we had to turn the temp to 62 if we wanted it to work.. the place was just terrible.. NEVER AGAIN!

Room had no soap. Air conditioner cover fell off as soon as we walked in the room. Overnight man very rude and careless. We requested ahead of time connecting rooms and were denied. We were placed on opposite sides of hotel. We asked for extra sheets and were told no. We asked why we couldn't get soap for the room being that the bottles were empty and were told they had bar soap that we could get in the place of it. They were not accommodating at all. Would not return.

This is a terrible hotel. Very dated and in a terrible state of repair. Needs to be bulldozed. On top of that—when you check in they require a $150 deposit which was undisclosed. State said pay it or we’ll cancel your reservation and you can go somewhere else. That’s at 11pm. Absolutely terrible.
