Great house, great hosts

Our family had such a wonderful stay here in Bill and Mindy’s home. They were excellent hosts who were so gracious! They communicated with me so quickly and thoroughly. They go above and beyond. My family loved riding the bicycles and being so close to the pool. It is literally right next to the pool. My granddaughter would stand out on the deck and look to see if a new friend she made was at the pool yet. The whole house is well stocked from the kitchen to extra towels and even beach towels. It’s wonderfully clean and comfortable. Even had plenty of trash cans and a mid-week trash pick-up. Bill and Mindy are wonderful and very informative hosts. Best vacation ever!!

lost key perdido

the house was very spacious and had everything needed for a beach vacation. the location was great. very close to the pool, and short shuttle ride to the beach. check in and check out was easy. rules listed out clearly. the host was very willing to help and was so accommodating. 10/10 would stay again

Fun stay!

We liked the location of this property - close to the pool and fitness center. Kitchen is well equipped and bikes & beach toys were a nice perk! Our two families with teens enjoyed having this space to call home for a week.

Great vacation home

This house has everything you look for and beyond in a vacation home... the cleanliness, fully equipped with everything we needed and communication with the host, it was great. We would definitely recommend this property as a perfect vacation stay and for sure will look forward to come back soon.

Perdido Bay Regionals

Our Golf team, needed to travel to Perdido Bay Golf Club to compete for our Regionals HS Golf Tournament. We were able to find this gem of a condo to accommodate the team. From the initial reservation, Bill was in contact with me to make sure that everything would be set before we arrived. Their communication is very professional and quick. Needless to say, their lovely home was clean, quiet, and the location had easy access to the pool and gym area. It was the perfect stay. TY again for lending us your home.

Wonderful place to gather and enjoy family

Attending a memorial service for a cousin, but a first trip with all my sisters and spouses traveling together. We enjoyed having enough space to be able to be together but not cramped shared quarters. Yet enough space to sit together and share memories of past family get-together s etc

Fabulous Family Vacay

Stayed in this beautiful, spacious 4 bedroom condo with our kids and grandkids. We biked to the beach and walked to the resort pool. Host were quick to respond and help with any small detail/situation. We made memories to last us a lifetime!

Family time

Pool at the lost key beach club is tiny. Never any beach chairs available unless you got there at 8 o’clock in the morning.Probably need to invest in new frying pans and maybe more storage containers.

Perdido Key Family Vacation 7/2023

It was my mom's dream to have a family beach vacation. She picked Bill and Mindy's property because it was close to the beach and could house all 13 of us (ranging from 4 months to 60). Everything was exactly as pictured. When we arrived Bill and Mindy were super responsive and answered my questions within minutes. Our large group took advantage of the beach shuttle, the provided bicycles, new gas grill and the next door pool. Great neighborhood for the kids to hang out during the day or at night. We felt comfortable letting them go out on their own. We highly recommend Bill and Mindy's property.

Fabulous house - lots of room

Great stay. Large house with bathroom in each bedroom makes everyone comfortable and happy. Check in and out was a breeze. Had slight problem but owner was quick to respond and remedy. Very customer friendly which was appreciated. Lost Key is a treasure.

Beautiful Home Just as Advertised!

We took our entire family... 14 of us, ranging from 4 months to 63. Everything was exactly as advertised. Hosts were super responsive and answered my questions within minutes. Our large group took advantage of the beach shuttle, the provided bicycles, and the next door pool. Pretty much everything you need is here. This specific area seemed less congested than other beach areas we have vacationed at in the past. Also, we needed a different check in and check out date than the usual Saturday to Saturday schedule. Bill and Mindy allowed us this flexibility. We would not hesitate to return again. BTW... the Lost Key Golf Club is in the back yard. If you decide to play, bring extra balls! Lol! Thank you hosts on a great beach vacation!
