Brand new pool!! Enjoy access to the new pool from the comfort of this private guest house. This charming little guest house is perfectly located in the heart of North Hill, which is one of the most desirable neighborhoods in Pensacola. It is 5 minutes from the middle of downtown and 25 minutes to Pensacola Beach. This guest house is completely separate from the main house and has one parking spot on the street. There is an elevated loft over the living room with a comfortable queen bed. The living room features a large, mounted, flat screen TV and a pull out queen sleeper sofa. There is also a well equipped full kitchen. This guest house is perfect for business travelers or a couple's weekend getaway. Book your stay today and enjoy everything Pensacola has to offer!

- Maximum occupancy of 4 guests is strictly enforced. Exceeding 4 guests at one time can result in either eviction or $150 fine per additional guest per night.

- Must be 25 years old to reserve the house

- We require one member of the party over 25 to be at the house the entire stay

- County and State Taxes, in addition to cleaning fee will be added to each booking

- A security deposit or Damage Waiver is required at booking

- There is one parking spot on the street

Quick Trip

My husband and I needed a spot to stay that was local during our house shopping adventure. This spot was in a perfect location to food, shopping and the beach. The place was perfectly nestled in the backyard and felt very private away from the beautiful main house. The pool was clean and relaxing and the patio was elegantly set up with lights and bushes. When we go back, we’re staying here again! Thanks for the lovely stay!

Peaceful

This place was in a quiet neighborhood and easy to get anywhere. The yard and pool area were pristine and beautiful. Lots of care has gone into the landscaping around the pool and it’s beautiful. The pool was refreshing. The kitty visited us every morning while having coffee out the back patio. Nice to hear the birds singing and enjoy coffee to start the day. Of which, they provided kuerig cups so it was nice to not panic about no coffee in the morning after a later check in. (We did bring some of our own because of another place we rented that didn’t have them.) Met the owners, very nice people. Lots of blankets and pillows, fully stocked kitchen and even ice was made for your first cold beverage. :) We would stay here again. A must do - go see the Aviation Naval Museum if you have time and then grab some crab dip & crackers at Joe Patti’s Fish Market.

Fun Sister Trip

We had a wonderful time staying here. It is in an amazing location close to everything. The backyard and pool space are beautiful and a vacation by itself. The hosts are friendly and accommodating. We felt comfortable and very safe staying in their guest house.

A great short trip!

This was the perfect little loft for my family. Having 2 babies under 2, we wanted a place that would let my husband and I have some time together while the kids napped and went to bed early and this backyard oasis fit the bill! Will definitely come back.

Summer QT & Blue Angels fun!

The unit was properly described on line and exceeded expectations upon arrival. It was perfectly cozy for myself and my daughters. The pool was way above average for similar units. Unfortunately we didn’t get to meet any other guest or owner. But you can tell a lot of attention to detail went into providing this historic neighborhood cottage getaway.

Very quiet and clean. Will definitely visit again. The only down fall is the parking on the street. It is very narrow street and had other cars park on the street sometimes on both sides of the street. This cottage allows up to 4 guests but nowhere for multiple cars to park. We ended up having to leave our other car parked downtown So, it just took some planning. But overall again a very clean and quite location.

What a trip! We stayed for a whole week and we took advantage of having the kitchen! We left a wine opener there for the next people, that seemed to be all that we had to get. The place was exactly as pictured. The loft bed is cozy, our kids enjoyed the couch! The pool and hottub were a plus! We loved coming back to a cozy little home away from home. I already want to come back. The neighborhood is very cute! We didn't get to walk around it but I so wish we had time. This place is great for a get away and far enough away from the hassle of the beach but close enough that the drive daily there was not bad at all!

Overall, it was a beautiful property but there were a few things that could be improved upon. The hot tub was not working and we didn’t know how to use it(the lounge area in the pool did not look like it had been cleaned either). I reached out to the owners but I didn’t get any return response. The bed in the loft provided very little headspace. We thought maybe it would help to not have the bed on the frame but just sitting on the floor, it would give it a lot more space up there. The Roku remote wasn’t working and the couch bed had a corner that was broken. Also, the parking situation was a little less than desirable. It would’ve been nice if we could’ve pulled back by the garage so we didn’t have to carry our stuff from the street all the way back. Having said all that, we still enjoyed our stay and would consider staying again.
