The property is perfectly located on a private beach and has a clean pool with excellent restaurant. Within walking distance to another fishing/beach along the bridge. It is an old hotel though with very old furniture and amenities. Housekeeping is less than acceptable. So if you don’t mind not having an upscale room you will love it.

Perfect price for decent rooms, everything was what you would expect. The small beach is so quiet and nice (waves are much calmer than at Pensacola beach). Has a wonder tai place within walking distance.

Property is a bit dated, but very clean. Staff was very responsive when we had an issue with our air conditioner. The beach area was small, but great for our younger children. There were very small waves and no under toe. Overall it was a great value and we would stay there again.

Breakfast was a joke Doesn't mention I'm the description that the beach is tiny and Bayside so their photos are deceptive! Trash on the beach no one cleans up. Booked room with pets not my fault it didn't transfer through that way but when they saw my dogs after the fact they forcede to pay hundreds of dollars for their pet fees shame on them and Expedia I checked that box. It's theain reason I chose this trashy hotel. I wish I could request a partial refund. Never have I ever had such a bad vacation. I came to officiate a friend's wedding and this hotel made the trip a bad stay

Breakfast was a joke, tiny beach with trash no one bothered to clean up and never mentioned it was a baby side beach.U 6 foot spouse had to suck in the shower bc it was so short and let's not talk about the pressure. I marked on the reservation I was going to have dogs not my fault it wasn't charged that way but when they saw the dogs they made me pay hundreds extra as of it wasy fault. They only clean rooms two times a week. We called ahead of time and asked if the room has a Keurig and they said yes I was so excited I brought my own coffee pods low and behold NO KEURIG!! Hey the pool was nice but we drove 15 minutes to the beach. Oh and don't count on eating in the on site restaurant unless you want to go broke. I wish I could ask for a partial refund as this is very high on the worst vacation ever. Do not stay here.

The air conditioning went out the first night. They moved us to a different room which was not ready. Breakfast has nothing available for diabetics except eggs.

This was definitely not how we wanted to spend our night. We arrived somewhere around 10 pm, we went straight to bed and were woke at approx 12:30 by some extremely LOUD neighbors, die u mention we had an adjoining room, we were annoyed as you could expect having to hear the x-rated noise coming from the adjoining room, about 30 mins later they calmed down but continued to talk loudly. About an hr and a half later, back to x-rated noise like someone auditioning for a movie, I finally called the front desk, she said she would address it, at 3:30 it starts yet again. I called the front desk she said she would walk back there. Then I hear knocking on a door, I thought thank goodness she’s gonna do something this time. A few mins later our room phone rings and it’s the front desk telling me she didn’t hear anything and I REFUSED to let her in our room to investigate the complaint. I was baffled, like what do you mean come into our room to “investigate” they were so loud I’m not sure how anyone in the entire complex didn’t hear the ish. She did offer to move us to another room but I said no! You need to address the problem and we are not the problem here. Why should we have to get up and repack everything and move when the next door neighbors were causing the issue. I told the lady just refund our money and we will go elsewhere if we have to go so far as movin rooms I’d just some move to another hotel or drive home. She said she would not honor our request for a refund.

Like sunset. Pool. Small section of beach. Didn't like only room service Tuesday or Friday. So we didn't get sheets changed whole week. Had to go get more towels at front desk. Room not worth money. Fairly clean. Dust everywhere. Hair behind door to bathroom. Bathroom small. Needs more updates. Was quite till Friday. Could hear through walls like they were in our room.

The property it self was nice with great views, the problem was there hot water, we called the front desk 2 times about the hot water in the shower, it barely got warm. The front desk set maintenance to check it out, he said he would check the burner, we never heard back. We call the front desk again and they said they would transfer us to another room, again we never heard back.

The hotel was older, clean but definitely old. Breakfast was on the other side of the property and was served from 6-9 and being on vacation we would like to have slept in and been able to get breakfast a little bit later. Overall, it wasn’t terrible. I definitely think they need to upgrade and they definitely need to update the pictures on their website.
