1800 sq.ft., 4 BEDROOMS & 3 BATHS; House has central HVAC, in addition each bedroom has window AC and radiant space heating to maximize comfort!
All bedrooms also have a mini fridge and a 32" smart TV.
This is an all-electric home, thus no carbon monoxide monitors!
Upper Level (Rental): 1800 sq.ft., Master Bedroom with bath and patio (2 guests), Original Main Bedroom with bath (2 guests), Guest Bedroom shares main bath (1 guests), Sun Room shares main bath (1 guest),
Front Living room, Kitchen with dining, 2 large elevated decks.

Sorry vrbo has their name associated with this property

Owner claimed this is a half a million dollar house in a gated community. It hasn't been painted in a out 40 years and is bug infested. We had to wipe bugs off toilet before using it wouldn't use tub or shower, bugs all over sink, walls, floors and couldn't e en go to bed without wiping bugs away. We complained to owner and he said too bad, you get what you pay for. We left and lost all our money- almost $1000. Terribly disappointed.

A Perfect 78 Days Stay

I was at Frank's house for 2.5 months while working a summer job in downtown Pensacola. The property is about 20 mins drive away from downtown Pensacola, and it is in a very secluded and quiet neighborhood. Frank was a very accommodating host and would do what he can to make your stay even better. The sunroom is spacious and clean. There are other guests at the house and they are very friendly as well. Would choose to stay at Frank's house next time I am in town. The main bedroom and sunroom at the property are both available for booking (while they last), and they are definitely worth consideration if you are visiting Pensacola and surrounding area short term or long term. It was awesome visiting with Frank once in a while and he would show you around some of the best restaurants in town! Frank has stories of a lifetime and you don't want to miss out on these stories! Thanks again for all you do to make my stay at the house perfect Frank! Look forward to catching up again next time I am in town!

Sunroom was Spacious. Worked out well for my weeklong stay.

As advertised. For the price wasn't expecting the Hilton. But my room was the Sunroom which was clean and large. Had it's own mid size fridge, TV, table/chairs, bed, chest of drawers, etc. Owner Frank was very accommodating. There were a few other rooms being rented out down the hall, and the other guests were pleasant. Was a good stay.
