Das Hotel ist zentral gelegen, das ist das ganz große Plus. Unser Badezimmer benötigt ein dringendes update und das Zimmer war sehr feucht. Auch durch verschiedene Einstellungen der Klimaanlage konnte wir es nicht ändern. Die Betten waren gut. Für 1 bis 2 Nächte ok, weil die Lage kaum zu toppen ist.

This is my 2nd time staying and I really enjoy the location. It was a lot cleaner and kept up with the last time I was there. It needs some updating now. But the staff was amazing as always and happy to help.

The staff was friendly and let me check in early since my room was ready. But the room was something to be desired. The bed was not comfortable, dirty hand prints in the bathroom, the AC couldn’t be changed or it wouldn’t work and I had to go down immediately after getting the keys from the desk because they wouldn’t open my room. It’s in a great location near the beach and has a cute pool and sand lot area with a fire pit, but the rooms not so much.

This facility is a family favorite for us! It’s near the heart of Pensacola beach and once we park our car…we don’t get back in it until we leave.

We had a short family weekend trip and were very pleased with our stay. Rooms were clean and beds were very comfortable. Staff was great! We also loved that we were able to walk to eat and to the beach! This was our second stay and we will be back.

Staff was excellent. She was so nice. Property has been updated and is great. Cons I didn't like was rm 138 door is sticking and makes it hard to get open and closed. No iron or ironing board. Perfect view of the bay and an awesome small beach area. Depending on wind they have kayaks and paddle boards. If the wind is over 10 no activities. If a storms brewing winds will be high but it felt so good. Nice little place. Will visit again.

The day of arriving was great was excited getting to the room and seeing coloring around the beach. Until my partner and I got to the room and were getting everything situated later in the bed and I noticed there were something crawling it was multiple tiny ants crawling on the bed. We walked down to the front desk and notified the worker she didn’t feel really sorry but got us a different room on the top floor was originally on the bottom floor before even getting in the room we noticed there was two queen beds what we did not pay for. So we went back down and notified her and she said that is all that is left. So I asked her if we could get the original room back if the beds were changed she said someone already went in and changed them and saw only 2-3 ants I said okay whatever we will get it back but no way in history someone could change a bed sheet that quick in the midst of 5 minutes. My partner and I walked back up and looked at the bed again and it was the same sheets not one person came up to change anything. So at that point we cleaned the sheet that the bugs were on and dealt with it. I also have pictures and videos of the bugs crawling on the bed. Room 118 was the room that had the bugs.

The staff was really nice, the breakfast was convenient, the loaner paddle boards and kayaks were great and the distance to the gulf was fine for walking. Great value in Pensacola.

Pluses: Great friendly staff, good breakfast variety, plenty of hot water, very nice comfortable pool area, ice very plentiful and convenient, plus ample parking. Minuses: Loud air conditioning, mattresses need up dated, refrigerator kept freezing our drinks, and it would have been nice to have more room lighting.

We enjoyed our stay at Sand & Surf. It’s the third time we’ve been there and I hope we can get there again. Nice for older people like us. The staff was helpful and friendly.

We needed a place to stay for one night in Pensacola. We chose this hotel and were not disappointed! We walked across the street to the beach and pier in the morning which was amazing! They have a nice pool and fire pit area at the hotel! Our room was clean and the ac worked very well! We enjoyed our stay and would stay again if we are ever back in Pensacola.
