The hotel was in a perfect location, everything was within a short walk. The bayside was very nice & they have complementary paddle boards, kayaks, & bicycles. Breakfast was very good & Elizabet who takes care of it is a fantastic personality. She is very energetic, interacts with all of the guests, & ensures they have whatever they need with breakfast, ice, etc. All of the staff were very welcoming. The room was nice, very clean, comfortable. Will definitely stay here in the future!

For the price and to be at the beach i would hope that the there was not any mold on the walls in the bathroom or dust on the bathroom fan. The exterior could use some love too. The ladies at the desk were nice and let me check it 30 minutes early.

I have been coming to this hotel for years! For any of the negative commentators… it’s the cheapest hotel with close proximity to the beach. You get what you pay for! That said, the staff is great, the room is clean, and the amenities (free kayaks, paddle boards, location, etc.) are great. However, it’s not luxurious or updated. This trip, our assigned room’s humidifier was broken, which caused the room to reek of bleach, and our things were perpetually wet. After the first night they did move us to a much dryer room, but one of my skirts was ruined by sitting on the wet comforter (which apparently still had bleach in it). Otherwise I have no complaints and will probably be back in a couple of months!

Went with my grandson and truly enjoyed the hotel as well as the area. Also got a surprise viewing the Blue Angels doing a practice session at nearby Fort Pickens. The front desk staff were very courteous and helpful. The ladies doing the breakfast area were also nice and kept the area clean and neat.

This is by far the easiest location to stay for beach access, restaurants, and attractions. The rooms are a typical hotel room, but are clean and adorned with a very beach vibe. The free kayak and paddle board rentals are a nice addition and the small private beach is nice too. We will definitely be staying here again.

It was a short but sweet stay! Flew in late, the front desk worker at check in was very kind and welcoming. Continental breakfast before checkout and they let us keep our bags behind the front desk while we hung out at their pool and explored the surrounding area. Very cute, clean hotel. Will book again if we ever come back to Pensacola

The woman who took card of breakfast wa awesome! She talked to everyone and kept the food coming. She was very helpful and almost knew our needs before wdid . Great customer service!.
