“I am usually the person to just get a hotel any place I travel, but me and my fiancé decided to give Tommy's Zen Garden cottage a shot. We thought the pictures online looked absolutely beautiful and so relaxing. Their backyard garden is absolutely beautiful and even better than what we saw in the pictures. “From the beginning stages of planning to our last day, Donna made our stay in Pensacola beyond wonderful. She was thoughtful, prompt to respond, and went above and beyond to make our stay as enjoyable as possible. “We were a group of 14 people from age 8-78 and we all thoroughly enjoyed this house. The location is perfect. The view is amazing. House is very spacious - plenty of room for all. The pool and all the kayaks were such a bonus for everyone. Walk to the beach is easy breezy! Great communication with owners throughout our stay. “We've stayed here twice and love it. It fits our needs as a family. The location is fantastic...proximity to the beach and restaurants check all the boxes. The only issue we had was maintenence wanted to install a new keypad. We had to remind the property management that those issues need to be addressed prior to rental and shpuld be scheduled on their time, not the renters time. ”

“Had a fabulous week at Lost Key Resort at Bill’s house. Perfect property for our family of 11. The home is clean and well maintained. Had all we needed to enjoy a perfect week at the beach! “Quaint property with nice pool. A/C struggle d to keep up with the July heat but it never got uncomfortable inside. Pet friendly and was able to keep my dog contained in the yard but it took additional measures to keep one gate from staying open. Gate could use some repair. Ran dishwasher on the last day but it wasn't draining so dishes didnt get clean. Would rent again.”
