Worth the money when compared to other properties but check in was 4:00 and our room wasn't ready until 5:00. They would not offer any compensation for the inconvenience.

Location was great! We had the 2 bedroom lake front room and there more than enough space for a family of four. We had two parking stalls right infront of our door but we only needed one. The crosswalk to the lake and beach was just beyond our parking. Perfect for a family with small children at the beach who can quickly go back to rest and use the bathroom. The only downside is that you can hear noises upstairs. Footsteps, and when music is blaring, you can hear every word from the song.

It was a great location across the street from the beach. But you’ll have to overlook the age of the rooms. Some of my concerns were a non working plug, the room could use an update, the tight parking lot was difficult for larger vehicles to get in and out, it could use room assigned parking would be good.

Room was late being ready. No housekeeping service you have to go get your own sheets and towels exchanged. Beds are old Location is great, and when you saw somebody that worked there, they were friendly

We had issues from the first night. Toilet not working, nobody sent to fix it. Until I complained a second time. Drawers in room broken. Laundry facilities but no soap to purchase. Would never stay again.

The location cannot be beat, it is a 2 minute walk and you are on the beach, or you can opt for the pool which was a 30 second walk from our room. This is an older property but has been recently renovated. Great value and friendly and accommodating staff!

I really enjoyed the fact that the property used texting as a means of communication. The staff were kind and knowledgeable. Unfortunately, the floors felt dirty in the main area of the room, the bathroom flooring is rotting and there are soft spots around the toilet.

Cutest little place. Bunk beds and kitchenette made it awesome fornour family. Clean. Good mattresses. Location is amazing and the restaurant next door is to die for.

The staff was helpful, friendly and easy to talk with. When I made a request they handled it right away. What I didn’t like was that the sofa bed was unbearably uncomfortable. The worst sleep I’ve ever had and I don’t feel the room for three nights was worth over $1000 with tax. The couch cushions and seat backs are so stained and it makes you wonder what type of fluid made those stains. Very gross. I was sharing the room with someone with disabilities and they slept in the bedroom and I on the sofa bed. As I said, worst sleep ever, and I can’t understand why they wouldn’t spend a bit on cleaning furniture. If you’re charging that much a night surely you can pay a bit for cleaning. Despite these things, the staff was great and I can’t say I wouldn’t recommend this place because maybe it was just our room that had dirty furniture and a lumpy springy uncomfortable bed.

There is at least. 2 inch gap between the door and floor. There is nothing stopping a critter from coming in and you would freeze in winter as snow would be able to come in. Disappointing considering the price I paid.

We stayed in the lower renovated lake view suite, great space for 3 kids and 3 adults. We were able to use the hotels barbecue in our patio space, along with hotel pool. Great location to walk across the beach, restaurants, parks and loco landing adventure park for kids!
