“The location and the view of the property was great. The house was big and spacious but practically it has just one big master bedroom. The second room was in basement and every day very early morning you could hear so much noise from renters in the suit next to basement bedroom. “The rental suite is beautiful. It has a very nice outdoor dining area, and the hot tub is private. There is a well cared for yard and gardens all around. This is an exceptionally well cared for suite. Excellent location for visiting wineries on the Naramata bench. It is easy walking distance to 2-3 well known tasting rooms. FYI, the suite is on the lower level of the property. It's not a basement, it is the lower ground level. The property manager lives in the upstairs. ”
