A 30m2 terrace facing due south will allow you to enjoy the beautiful days thanks to its garden furniture, a large outdoor table, loungers and a gas plancha for your summer meals. A ping-pong table and beach games are provided free of charge.Cross the threshold of the house and discover a large, bright living space with a living room and dining area that can accommodate up to 14 people. A wood-burning stove brings a warm touch for cooler evenings. The semi-open kitchen is fully equipped: it has a large refrigerator, a freezer, an oven, a microwave, gas hobs, a dishwasher and all the necessary small electrical appliances. For your breakfasts, a kettle, a toaster, and a filter coffee maker are at your disposal. You will also find a second living room, which can serve as a games room or reading room, as well as a laundry room with a washing machine and tumble dryer.The house has three bedrooms on the ground floor. A double room offers direct access to the garden (140x190 cm bed), a second double room is equipped with a 140x190 cm bed, and a third room has a bunk bed (90x190 cm), ideal for children.
