“The host was nice and easy to communicate with although the place was not close to what we expected. Shower was extremely small and shower head faces the curtain and was spraying out the curtain. Bathroom door is rotted on the bottom and does not close all the way due to that. Bed in the room where the fridge is falls down why you sleep due to poor wood underneath. Dirty wash clothes found under couch and dresser in other room. Ants, and other bugs all over the place. Throw pillows smelt like……

“Overall, we were happy with our stay. We were there in the winter, so we didn't get to enjoy the lake. The house was great as a launch point between Boston and the mountains.The house is literally on the lake. Water touches the lake side of the house. When we were there, the lake was frozen and beautiful.The house was well stocked and perfectly ready for us. There's plenty of parking. It's an older house, so the ceilings can be low and the floors are sometimes uneven. But the main room is……

The geese are adorable, a such a fun thing to come back to, the honey is DELICIOUS, and it’s just the right distance from Boston proper to make it a great option for a city visit stay, especially if you want something more restful than in the busy……
