“Beautiful elegant hotel, newly renovated, with a pleasant courtyard to relax in and have breakfast. Great service, Monica even offered to give us an early breakfast when we had an early departure.”

“Lamentablemente, la noche del 14 de diciembre hubo cerca una fiesta y fue difícil conciliar el sueño, pues todavía a las 4 de la mañana seguía el alboroto y la música. La habitación no tiene calefacción, pero sí un calentador portátil. En época de frío hay que tomar esto en cuenta. ”

“Me fue bien en general. Me gustó: La limpieza, se ve nuevo, es pequeño pero no se necesita más, tenia una buena vista, el aire acondicionado funcionaba bien y el servicio de desayuno estaba pasable. No me gustó: Que para darme la habitación pronto, me pidieron que me registrara en un club de puntos y que al momento del checkout, pedí una hora extra por un evento y no me lo pudieron dar, siendo que todos los hoteles te pueden dar una hora extra de salida. En general muy bien, si volvería.”

“Walked through many of the neighborhoods close by and condessa was by far the best. Safe, quiet, close to everything. I can go on and on but do your own research if you want. This property checks off all the boxes that you’ll need/wamt. Washing machine, full kitchen, a/c, several stand up fans, TV in living room and in bedroom. Free Netflix(in Spanish). Black out blinds. Very secure with a 24 hr guard/front desk. ”

“Great quiet location, safe area, plenty of Uber's close. Great staff. It's a small property with only 5 rooms each on their own floor. Included breakfast was just coffeea and some fruit”

“More of an apartment rental than hotel. No real front desk situation, for example I needed to make a local phone call and was told guests always bring their phones and one wasn’t available to use. There is a 24 hour security guard who buzzes you in. You can’t enter the building any other way so if they are in the bathroom you will wait outside until they see you on the camera and let you in. The apartment was beautiful with everything you’d expect and well designed, great balcony and view and……

“Great location close to restaurants in Condesa. It was nice to have the Starbucks in the bottom of the building. The hotel is clean and well maintained. All rooms have a kitchen / dining room that we didn’t use. I liked the decor - very modern. I wish there was another mirror outside the bathroom to do my makeup. Bathroom was small. Water pressure in shower was good. ”
