“The apartment had everything we needed for our short trip. Bedrooms were cozy and had soft beds, big closets, and their own TVs. The bathroom was amazing!! “Overall a positive experience. Property was clean and worked out really well for us as location was close to family we were visiting. We are from Florida, and it was cold in CT and the heat worked great so that was really good. Andrew was responsive to requests. Only criticism was in some of the set up. “Perfect for our visit to our children and grand children. The lake is across the street with the marina next door. Rented a pontoon boat, at a discounted rate for beautiful day with the kids. Minor problem getting in initially, but resolved by Jeanne quickly. Note that this is a renovated lake residence which has a second story rental which can get a bit noisy and the bathroom is in the rear of the house with the bedroom in the front. Overall will be returning in the future.”

“We had a great experience with this property. It was clean and comfortable. It does not have air conditioning, which was stated in the description of the rental. We did bring a couple of fans for at night, just in case. It was quite warm at night so we used the fans. The neighborhood was fairly quiet which was nice. The grounds are kept up and nice to sit out in the back listening to the birds. The hosts were easy to contact and fairly quick to responding with sny questions or concerns.”
