“Beautiful traditional family house. Amazing views. Lovely pool. I swam most days. Peaceful setting that we did not want to leave. Stayed for a month!. Giorgio and his sister were very helpful. Well stocked kitchen. We fell in love with Poggio Mirteto town. We had lovely walks, visited hill towns . Enjoyed Marmore falls and Narni in particular.. Easy access to train station in 20 minutes. Umberto on hand next door if there is a problem. Bliss....”

“We rented the house with a group of 10 friends. The house was very beautiful, well equiped, with a wonderful view and romantic sunset. Perfect for a proposal! The hosts are very friendly. They communicate smooth, welcomed us warmly and helped us in all possible ways. If you like a nice house and love to chill, this is the perfect place! There are not a lot of main tourist attractions close to Palombara Sabina, so a car is a must have! Be also prepared that the house is quite remote so the wifi……

Plenty of space for a family of 5 with teenagers. Good beds, clean and tidy. We recommend this house to everyone who wants to go away from the busy life and enjoy the nature. ”

“We stayed at La Cucina after Christmas. The villa is in a picturesque olive orchard and the grounds were lovely. Giuseppe was very flexible with our early check-in and showed us all the features in the house. We were lucky to have sunny weather, and we enjoyed the outdoor ping pong table. Traveling with children, we appreciated the washer and dryer. The beds were comfortable and the rooms warm and comfortable.
