With a lovely garden and a private 20 m² terrace equipped with outdoor furniture and a portable barbecue, it’s perfect for enjoying pleasant outdoor moments.Inside, the house features a modern, fully-equipped kitchen with ceramic stovetop, dishwasher, Dolce Gusto and Italian coffee makers, oven, and all necessary cooking utensils. The kitchen opens up to the dining room, which has a table with seating for six. The spacious living room offers comfortable sofas, a flat-screen TV, Wi-Fi, and a desk ideal for remote work. There is also a second living room with an additional dining table, perfect for gatherings or family dinners. The house is equipped with central heating for added comfort throughout the year.The home offers four bedrooms: the master bedroom with a double bed and en-suite bathroom equipped with a bathtub and hairdryer; two additional bedrooms, each with a double bed; and a fourth bedroom with two single beds. In addition to the en-suite bathroom, the house has three more bathrooms with showers, one of which also includes a hairdryer.
