“I missed a connecting flight due to delays and found myself stuck in Minneapolis. Thankfully this hotel was connected to the airport, has two onsite restaurants, provides TSA security check (with carryon only) and had availability. Despite being "stranded," I was able to enjoy some great food and drinks at the onsite restaurant with awesome servers. I had a comfortable night of sleep in a clean, modern room. “Great hotel, great location, and wonderful staff all around. We were greeted kindly at check-in and received a complementary breakfast as it was my birthday. The check-in staff was extremely friendly. Our server the next morning at breakfast was also extremely nice and went out of his way to make sure we had everything we needed. “I absolutely believe this hotel deserves more than the 2 star rating that it is currently given. The hotel is clean and well maintained. The staff are friendly and willing to help. The breakfast needs a special mention…most hotels of this level have dingy breakfast areas. This hotel has an open and beautiful breakfast area with plenty of options.
