The view is fantastic and we felt immediately at home in this beautiful house. We had a wonderful time and our hosts were just lovely. (We cannot say anything about the pool - except that it is huge - because we were there out of season in March when the pool was closed.)”

“There was 7 of us that stayed here at the end of June into July for 10 nights. This is better than the pictures show, the location was fantastic (you will ideally need a car to see Tuscany if not Arezzo train station has good links and is about 15 minute taxi journey away). The pool was a god send and better than we expected and is a really good size. The table tennis in the late afternoon shade provided good entertainment and house was fully equipped. “This home goes so far beyond a charming and luxury guest house. Everything was perfect, from first booking through departure. Stefano is an artist at welcoming and caring for his guests, even feeding us fresh made biscotti and fresh sliced prosciutto and bread sticks beyond compare. So much thoughtful detail in every corner-from music to books to wonderful towels, magnificently scented soap, to coffee to fridge to stove. The rain shower is amazing, as is the garden. “We were half way through a six week trip and exhausted from Roman sites and weather. This place was a wonderful, comfortable, clean, spacious, welcoming oasis to recover for the next phase of the trip. Walking the city in the morning and evening was leisurely and uncrowded with amazing views. ”
