“The accomodations is arranged over 4 floors with the kitchen and sitting room on the ground level. The bedrooms and bathrooms were situated on the next 3 floors. As we were 3 couples and a baby we were lucky enough to have a floor each which was perfect. The kitchen was very well equiped, coffee machine, ice maker, and a full array of utensils, cooking facilities and crockery should you need. There is a comfortable sitting room with TV was next to the kitchen as well as a dinning room. The beds……

“Nous sommes très contents de notre séjour. La maison est très agréable par ces temps de canicule et la piscine est un plus incontestable. Nous avons apprécié la localisation de la maison qui est très calme tout en étant proche du centre de Périgueux. À partir de là. Nous avons pu rayonner dans le Périgord vert et le Périgord noir. I loved the location as it was an easy walk to the cathedral and the market held in that part of town; there are restaurants, cafes, and boutique shops near the cathedral; an easy walk to the Intermarché for my supplies; an even easier walk to a wonderful patisserie/boulangerie (try the croissant for sure, the best I have had in a long time). “The property was very spacious and impressive and we enjoyed our stay. The garden and pool area has a calm ambience and is spacious with multiple separate areas providing space for different activities. We enjoyed the pool and terrace. The location is in a quiet part of the town and 20 to 30 minutes walk to centre of a fairly big town but lots of parking in town if you choose to drive. The many valley of D’ordogne attractions near Sarlat are an hour to hour and a half drive away, with Brantôme……

“Nous sommes ravis de notre séjour. Le moulin est très sympa. Et est bien équipé. Sylph est adorable. Un tout petit bémol pour le frigo. Trop petit pour notre séjour de 3 semaines et le besoin en boisson fraîche du fait de la grande chaleur.”

L'appartement parfait, aménagé avec bcp de goût de la vaisselle au plafond ;-) Nous nous y sommes sentis super bien dés notre arrivée..et pour couronner le tout : la terrasse super agréable aussi avec la vue sur les toits de Périgueux de jour comme de nuit. “Check in war sehr gut. Fahrräder waren leider nicht alle nutzbar; vermutlich wegen unachtsamen Gebrauchs der Vormieter, ansonsten war alles perfekt. Wie beschrieben; wir hatten eine tolle Zeit und haben insbesondere den Pool und die Tischtennisplatte sehr genossen. Absolute Weiterempfehlung - auch für größere Familien geeignet. ”

“Fantastic time at a fantastic property. Eric was so helpful and even delivered fresh eggs, tomatoes and courgettes. The kitchen is pretty basic so you may want to take a sharp knife with you. We took BBQ tools with us and have left those for the next guest, so no need to worry about that! The star of the show is by far the grounds. The pool is wonderful, large and safe. The giant fish in ths pond put on a good show. The animals directly behind the property gave many moments of fun for the……
