“The rooms were spacious, modern, and had everything we needed. Separate toilet and shower room is +++ Location is a bit out of the way between Nice and Monaco but every road in the area is breathtaking and Beaulieu-sur-Mer is just a few minutes' drive, has multiple restaurants, and is very cute. Fantastic getaway if you don't mind driving a bit. ”

“It was everything as advertised. A heated pool would have been better and special lamps to zap the mosquitoes as an idea for future renters. Refrigerator with ice making capability was a huge surprise and the greatest, most appreciated, feature! (funny to say but true). No coffee drip machine but coffee percolators (discovery for most Americans). Good space for 6 of us! Will consider renting the same villa every year. ”

“I am very happy with the stay. Very clean, sunny, warm and surprisingly walkable. Just a short walk down the hill and there's a pharmacist, newsstand and the beach. There's a very nice path along the coast to nearby cafe, restaurant and a tiny mini golf course. A little further on the same path you can get to other restaurants and cafes. I highly recommend staying here. My only tiny issues were there was some confusion between the listing as I thought there was wifi but there is none. There……

“I've been returning annually to Eric's and Marie's beautiful penthouse apartment since 2019 often staying both in the late Spring and then again. It's such a delightful place to stay especially when all the jasmine and oleander is in blossom on the fabulous terrace. The views from the extensive terrace and through the three sets of french doors are so beautiful - of the Med and Beaulieu Marina to the front then at the side the sub Alp Maritime that come tumbling down dotted with beautiful……

“Die Wohnung liegt sehr weit oben auf dem Berg. Auffahrt ist nichts für schwache Nerven. Oben angekommen, hat man auf dem Balkon eine atemberaubende Aussicht. Die Wohnung ist sehr gut ausgestattet. Sehr nette Vermieterin. Schade, dass man den Pool nicht nutzen darf.Senettte Kommunikation mit der Vermieterin lief ”
