“We booked this spot last-minute during an unexpected overnight layover in Philly and were so glad we did. The location in Old City was perfect—super walkable and felt very safe, even walking to grab a late-night Philly cheesesteak after 11pm on a Saturday. It was a little chilly, but still such a fun way to experience the neighborhood. The property itself was beautiful—exactly as pictured, but honestly even better in person. “前檯服務人員熱情，客房乾淨舒適，重點是洗衣烘衣機免費!!而且早餐有pizza烤鬆餅等等!!很棒的早餐，可惜的是屋齡可能較舊，可看的出房子老舊的痕跡，另外，也有廚房和大冰箱，很方便，所在位置，附近就有麥當勞subway等等餐廳，我認為是一間很棒的飯店，值得推薦”

“Very new hotel”

“The air conditioner is noisy. Even if it is not turned on, the main air circulation system of the hotel is still running and cannot be turned off! No matter how good it is, it is useless. Noise has the greatest impact on sleep quality. I wish I was in my own car at that time.”

“Hyatt Place was great. The highlights were the free self parking and the free breakfast that was included. We didn't find the bed to be one of the most comfortable that we even slept on but it was ok. Overall we would definitely be back if we find ourself in tgis area again.”

“My teen daughter and I stayed here for one night while traveling around PA, NJ and NY. This place is so cute. When we first got here we were greeted and given a quick tour including some history about the house and how it came to be a hotel. The room was very well appointed with a full, updated bathroom. A “continental breakfast” was included which consisted of coffee, juice and fresh fruit, cereal, homemade muffins and coffee cake. The hotel is with 5 minutes walking distance to Independence……
