Accommodation information
From the parking, area you enter the property on the first floor where there is a semi open plan kitchen, dining and living area. The kitchen is full equipped with everything you’ll need for a self catering family holiday in Perranporth and a breakfast bar with stools. You’ll find and oven, hob, microwave, a large fridge freezer and a dishwasher. There is a seperate utilty area with a washing machine and tumble dryer . The dining area has a table and chairs to seat 6 and has large windows with views across the village and over to the sand dunes.
The living room has 2 large sofas and 2 arm chairs. There is a flat screen, smart TV too.
Also on this floor is a shower room and a separte snug with another smart TV.
Downstairs
Downstairs, there are 4 bedrooms. One has a king sized bed and an en suite shower room, 2 have 2 single beds and another had a double bed, again with and en suite shower room. There is also a family bathroom with a bath tub and shower over.
All bedding and personal towels are provided but please bring your own beach towels.
Outside
To the front of the property is a garden and small patio area. At the back is a decked are with outside furniture, a real sun trap in the afternoon! There is off street parking for 2 vehicles.
Trenare, Parkside and Penaflor are all close to one another and might be suitable to book together for larger family groups.
Location
Perranporth village centre is only a stroll away. The village centre has a wide range of shops, bars, pubs and restaurants to suit all tastes. Perranporth is very centrally located in Cornwall to explore the rest of the county. Truro, our cathedral city is about 8 miles away and well worth a day trip. Padstow to the north, home to Rick Steins’ Seafood Restaurant and St Ives to the west where you can visit the Tate gallery are both only 30 minutes by car as is Falmouth on the south coast where you could see anything from small yachts to cruise ships and everything in between!
