Bright and pleasant apartment (46m2) located on the 2 nd floor with elevator of the residence 'le soleil levant', sea view from the living room and from the bedroom opening onto the terrace through large picture windows.
This breathtaking view allows you to observe the Tome Islands, the tip of the castle and the marina.
The apartment includes, entrance, living room, fully equipped kitchen, bedroom, bathroom, separate toilet.(Pets allowed)
Practical side of the apartment: bicycle storage, private parking, disabled access, shops nearby and large area (1 km).

Emplacement de rêve. Très bel appartement au 2d étage avec une vue magnifique sur la baie. Facilité de parking, très proche des commerces et magnifique marché le mercredi matin.Cuisine bien équipée avec lave-vaisselle. Chambre spacieuse et confortable avec rangements en suffisance. Salle de bain spacieuse avec douche à l'italienne. Lave-linge.Le seul bémol c'est l'absence du WiFi!Nous reviendrons.

Une très belle vue depuis le logement, avec un espace libre devant, des balades vers Trestel, je recommande, c'est tranquille, ou Trestaou. Plougrescant , granit rose, île grande, Tréguier,, etc.
