“12 day stay. The house was a great size, with 2 bedrooms upstairs and 1 in the lower level. We had our to children (7 & 3) stay in the full sized beds on the 2nd floor room. The master bedroom was a great size, along with a nice dual vanity for couples. The kitchen was a great size, along with a nice living room. “We stayed because property is between IA State Fair, and our extended family in Minburn. Kids/Grandkids came down from Twin Cities and we from Chicago. Adel is a nice town and property is convenient in a nice neighborhood. Home is large and comfortable, property from 1930's? All appliances and kitchen and beds were in good shape. (Appreciated the A/C)! We had to work out some issues with the owner, but she responded quickly and appropriately. We all had a great time.”
