“Perfect house for our visit to Letchworth Park!Our host, Anthony, was quick to check in, answer questions, and give great suggestions for visiting the area.The house is just lovely, and the lakeside backyard was the perfect setting for morning coffee and catching up with friends. “Lovely cottage full of beautiful furnishings and art, adding a warm, cozy, and inspiring atmosphere. Host was so accommodating and made sure every convenience was available. Nearby Letchworth State Park was beautiful, full of scenic waterfalls and hiking trails. Hope to visit again, perhaps in the Fall!”

“This lake house was wonderful! It was perfect for our multi-generational family vacation. The owners keep the house well stocked with anything you’d need including a variety of beds, toys, high chair, booster seat, fully stocked kitchen items/utensils. “The property was really cute. The stairs from the parking lot could use some work down near the house some of them are unstable and tippy. The large windows in the livingroom are beautiful and we enjoyed looking over the edge into the gorge and river area. The girls and I loved going down the spiral staircase and into the river area, such a sweet location. ”

“We stayed at this lakehouse to celebrate our daughter's Sweet 16th Birthday. My husband and myself brought our daughter who turned 16 while we were there, and 10 of her 16 year old girlfriends. We were there from July 8th, 2025 through July 11th, 2025. The property had more than enough room for all of our sleeping arrangements. Everything we needed was already there for us to use: towels, Washcloths, paper plates, plastic cutlery, toilet paper, paper towels, etc...Jeff, the owner is amazing at……
