“Great location- beautiful views- we stayed here for the NASCAR race in Dover. The townhouse was absolutely spotless. The set up was perfect for our group with a bedroom and full bath on the main floor for my dad and other bedrooms with a full bath upstairs. Plenty of hot water and good pressure in the shower. We spent mornings and evenings out on the deck enjoying the view. Owner is a great communicator. One word of caution- do not rely on Google Maps as it took us down the neighbors……

“We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here over the July 4th weekend. We spent many hours on the front porch watching the sun rise, the boats pass by, birds soar, including bald eagles nesting nearby! The house is charming and very well equipped. We appreciated the binoculars to watch birds and fireworks. Betterton Beach is a short walk. The owners were very helpful and quick to respond. Highly recommend! ”

My kids were thrilled with the chance to fish off a very long dock and even get their feet in the water on a small beach below the house (when the tide was out). Overall, the house was perfect and just big enough for our large family of seven. Matt was very responsive to a few questions I had and was a wonderful host! ”

“Wonderful location for a quiet extended-family stay. Lots of room for everyone across our four generations. We like to cook, and the huge dining table was perfect for being together for meals. Excellent seafood nearby. We brought our kayaks and went up & downriver, and bicycles for rides alongside the canal. Golfed at two nearby courses & had a great time overall! Owner (Dennis) was very responsive and friendly. Gorgeous view and lovely sunsets. Thanks!”
