The outside of the motel was well-lit, so I felt safe coming and going at night. The staff was friendly and welcoming. I've been coming to Perth every August for 30 years, but this is my first time staying at one of the motels in town. I'm happy to say it was a great experience and I'll be recommending the Colonial to my family as well :)”
