Tillbrook Cottage, Perth Hills

TILLBROOK COTTAGE is a tastefully decorated two bedroom cottage situated in Glen Forrest in the beautiful Perth Hills. It is situated only 20 minutes from the domestic and international airports and 35 minutes from Perth CBD.

Tillbrook Cottage is fully self-contained and sleeps up to 6 guests. The cottage has two bedrooms with a queen bed, two king-singles and a double sofa bed. It has a fully equipped kitchen, lounge room and dining area with a flat screen TV and free Wi-Fi. The cottage also has a small utility area that includes a washing machine for your laundry needs. There is ample parking onsite.

Tillbrook Cottage is the perfect location to explore the Perth Hills and Swan Valley or as a base to venture further afield to the country towns of Toodyay, York and Northam. It is perfectly situated for cyclists and bush walkers with numerous walking and cycling trails available in the area, including the famous Bibbulman Track and the Munda Biddi Trail.

Public transport is available just outside and a lovely park, local cafes, liquor store, post office and other services are a short 5 minute walk away.

All linen and towels provided. Tea, coffee, milk, sugar provided and our own free range eggs when available.

Please Note: Minimum two night stay. Late arrival between the hours of 8pm and 6am require a simple email or phone call to advise of arrival details.

we enjoyed staying at the cottage, Great hosts, had a small problem with the Wi-Fi which was fixed straight away by Lillete. Beautiful rose garden out the front, Great place to sit and relax, Doug is very knowledgeable about the history and the surrounding area., comfortable bed and every thing you need for a relaxing stay in the hills.

Quiet and convenient location. Two bedroom cottage with all you need for a comfortable stay, including off street parking. Hosts were welcoming on our arrival and supply most essentials for bathroom and kitchen. A washing washing machine included and drying room outside. Our stay was quite lengthy and we enjoyed our time. Hosts are there when needed and leave you to your stay when not.

The cottage was perfect, it felt like we were home. We met the owner and he was great and very friendly. We will be staying here the next time we visit Perth and highly recommend this cottage for anyone's stay, you honestly will not be disappointed.

Peaceful easy living
Good base to eplore the hills & Avon Valley. Heritage railway trail nearly on the doorstep, 15 minutes easy walk to sports club with beer and some entertainment. Short drive to Parker-ville tavern with much more of that. House is neat and clean with everything you need. Excellent beds. Fiendly owner gave us beans ans tomatoes from his garden.

Beautifully presented historic cottage, peaceful and relaxing.
Modernised 2 bedroom historic cottage, beautifully presented, polished jarra floors, quality linen, comfortable beds, lounge/ dining, kitchen, laundry/ bathroom thoughtful extras. Private front garden to sit and have coffee in the morning. Wonderful history of the cottage and the area provided by the owner. Loved our stay.

Overrated!
We left without staying. The property was not what it looked like online at all. It was on a corner with noisy cars etc going past. The garden was unkept. There was nowhere nice outside to sit. The owners property is right next door allowing no space and privacy. It was freezing on arrival. The owner hadn’t bothered to turn on the heat and only left the back door unlocked (with zero communication about this) so we had to knock on their door to get access. We looked around for 5 mins and were so disappointed that we left without staying. Don’t be fooled - this property is not charming and rustic and peaceful as we hoped, it’s tacked on to the roadside of the owners property and totally overrated. Seriously not worth it. It’s a tiny shack with no nice space to spend time in. So disappointed.
