This cool, comfortable and inviting apartment has all the sophistication of a New York loft space but in the vibrant coastal community of Cottesloe.

Architect-designed by MJA Studio for optimal flow, the apartment features bright, gallery style walls that give the space an expansive feel and optimise all the natural light that streams in year-round.
Easily accessible from the airport by train and well serviced by local buses, there is also a dedicated car bay on site for your personal use. Once you unpack, many enticing options await you – whether that’s a quick nap in the queen-sized bed, lounging in the living area, freshening up in the modern bathroom or chilling outside in the courtyard.

When you need refreshment, the full-sized kitchen complete with the latest Bosch appliances, gas cooktop and integrated fridge has you covered. Rustle up a gourmet feast with goodies acquired from local fooderies including Cottesloe’s iconic Boatshed Market, or dine out at one of dozens of chic eateries offering everything from fresh local seafood to Asian, European or more exotic fare. Pack a cocktail frock or your best dress shirt to be seen out at flash wine bars like Pep’s, Coccodrillo Negroni Bar, Samson’s Paddock or take in the nautical theme at Rodney’s Bait & Tackle – a bar constructed from an original wooden sailing boat! Didn’t bring your favourite new outfit? Not to worry as the apartment is strategically poised midway between the luxe shopping precincts of Cottesloe Central and Claremont Quarter, with premium boutiques and the best brands.

Next morning, recover with a flat white and smashed avo at Van’s, or sleep in before a great pub lunch at the Albion Hotel.

As the sun dips, venture outside as the Fremantle Doctor (afternoon breeze) cools you as you sit in the courtyard garden and enjoy the tranquillity – you may even spot local exotic species including our 28 Parrots, although to see some quokkas you will need to hop on the train down to Fremantle and straight onto the ferry over to Rotto (Rottnest Island) for an unforgettable day out.

If you are more into active living than wining and dining, we have you covered. The complex is superbly located less than a 600m stroll to Peppermint Grove's spectacular riverside foreshore and an easy 1.6km from Cottesloe beaches, ideal for swimming, surfing, sailing and more. Grant Street Station and bus transport on Stirling Highway are moments away for a hassle-free commute into Perth, Fremantle or further afield. The new airport link train means the world is at your doorstep.
