“We booked this apartment because it's very close to our family that lives in Farmington.It gave us a comfortable, clean place to hang out and enjoy some time with our family. “The unit matched the description and photos, with great natural light and convenient ski-in/ski-out access. However, there were a few issues:No parking pass was provided at arrival, and Vacasa's management status with the property caused confusion. The building manager, though helpful, had to intervene to prevent towing. We weren’t given access to the ski lockers, leaving us without proper gear storage despite signs prohibiting skis/boots in the unit. This is disappointing for a ski-in/ski-out……

“Wonderful 2-bdrm condo that is so convenient to the slopes.Communication with the owner was incredible, he proactively reached out to tell us that due to high winds the lifts were closed so we could modify our plans a bit.Fresh local coffee was a really nice touch and much appreciated.Thanks for a great long weekend, hope to do it agin in 2026!”

“Property is beautiful. Lots of great things. The entrance step needs to be fixed to be up to code (it needs a step put in as a person can fall due to height of step going in and out. Out of code.)and railings should be put in hallway entrance for safety. Some conveniences added. Coffee pot, blow dryer, pots and pans, extra blankets, iron and board, outside timer lights. We ran rental properties and understand what can help to rent places. Property is so pretty. Thank you for the stay!”

“A few friends and I rented the property to ski Sunday River and it was a great location! Geoffrey was helpful and walked us through everything once we arrived. “We had a great time boating and enjoying this lakeside home. The house was clean inside, and spacious as pictured. We also loved visiting Screw Auger Falls and Moose Caves…just a short drive away. “The property was absolutely perfect for our group. My oldest daughter, her husband and their two kids, eight and 10. They stayed downstairs outside of the game room and absolutely loved it. Three of my other children and their spouses each had their own rooms. The house is warm and cozy. The gas fireplace places were authentic and threw off great heat. The outside gas fire pit was a big hit. We bundled up in blankets and sat around One night while the men had cigars. The trip to the mountain……
