“good location, good staffs and cheap price”

“The hotel was in pretty good condition, very nice and clean. The only thing I would note is the shower water pressure is quite light, and it does take a good few minutes to become hot. Otherwise, I really enjoyed the hotel, and the quality was great for the cost. I would definitely say it's a solid choice if you come to Cusco and want to be in the historic centre area. The hotel also has a great location, being very close to a number of different shops, cafes, and restaurants. We tried new……

“Friendly staff, perfect location . ”

“Staff was terrific. Travelers got separated and staff here helped both parties. The one who hiked got caring aid - food, information about other travelers options, offers to help with communication. The one who did not hike got excellent information on how to meet up in another town on the following day. Staff kept in touch after. Food was abundant and delicious.”

"The hotel is very comfy, with nice staff and environment, the beds and toilet are all clean. There is staff standby in the front desk 24hrs, so even if we arrived the hotel late in midnight, still able to have help from the staff. The breakfast lady is very nice too. But the location is not in city centre, we have to travel through uber each time for about 15mins, but it is easy to call uber so doesnt really bothered. They got thick blanket so it's warm and cozy in bed, but since the room is quite cold without heater, it is freezing cold when you are out of bed 4 in the midnight preparing to go out for some tour. Prepare really warm clothes."
